Kodiak Island, Alaska. Regional tephra units identified from sixteen stratigraphic sections (with exposed tephra) from Karluk Lagoon, Campbell Lagoon, Onion Bay, Anton Bay, Middle Kalsin Bay, and Pasagshak Point. Glass compositions of samples from this section are averages calculated from analyses of multiple tephra correlated across different stratigraphic locations in the area. Individual sample IDs are noted in the sample descriptions. Generic station location selected on Kodiak Island. |
