Tina Neal examines the trench for the seismometer cable at station CETU on the west coast of Semisopochnoi Island. Once the trench was completed, the seismic sensor would be buried below the surface to couple well with the ground and minimize surface noise. This station is one of six installed by AVO in 2005.
