Location description: Outcrop 97EC16 is a south-facing bluff located on the western side of Kinzarof Lagoon, Cold Bay region, Alaska Peninsula, Alaska. It is approximately 3 meters of strong brown silt exposed in a southeast-facing bluff with a total of 13 potential ash horizons interspersed. Datum not provided, assumed to be NAD83.
