Text Description: Light portion of a 14 cm block of light gray pumice with a 1-2 cm wide black band of black pumice. Sample is from the December 15, 1989 Redoubt eruption, from deposits preserved on the southwest flank of the volcano. This sample is noted as RDSS-2Al in citation 2118.
