Text Description: Moderately sorted scoria unit that pinches and swells but is on average 3-5 cm thick. Some scoria are flattened and ribbon-like being up to 2.5 cm in length although the average clast size is closer to 5 mm. Free plagioclase crystals are present, some, which are chalk-white in color, and approximately 1 mm in size.
