Text Description: Specimen 47AC80 (137,150' E., 271,850' N.) is from a compact block on the rim of the crater of the westernmost part of the small parasitic cone of Sugarloaf. It also is an olivine basalt, with plagioclase averaging An64, olivine (Fa30) as much as 0.3 mm in diameter, augite less than 0.5 mm and green in hand specimen, and magnetite. The groundmass has an intergranular texture, with prisms of clinopyroxene and microlites of plagioclase (0.02 mm in diameter).
