Text Description: Lava from ancestral Crater Peak (proto-Crater Peak of Nye and Turner (1990)) from fin of lavas in the center of Kidazgeni Glacier. Sample PCP-A02 of Nye and Turner (1990). 4160'. From package of thin, sparsely phyric flow which curve around massive core. Different package than, S52. Analysis previously reported by Nye and others (1995, U.S. Geological Survey Bulletin 2139, p. 119-128.); data in this report has updated ICP/MS values.
