Sample 79AN-1 (from Aniakchak) being boxed at CalVO for shipment to Alaska. The sample will be archived at the Geologic Materials Center (http://dggs.alaska.gov/gmc/index.php) in Anchorage, a state-funded facility that permanently archives geologic materials collected from Alaska, making them available for future research.
