IMAGE 13148
AVO Image

Vents on north flank of Fourpeaked Volcano emitting copious amounts of water vapor and magmatic gas. Compared to images taken in late 2006, snow accumulation has masked large crevasses and irregularities in the ice field as well as circular pits formed during the eruption on September 17, 2006.
