Alaska Volcano Observatory

Snow-free ground at the summit of Takawangha volcano (this is on the south edge of crater #5 from the Coombs et al., 2003 report). Tanaga and Sajaka Volcanoes are visible behind Takawangha, and Gareloi Volcano in the distance.
