Location description: Davidof sea cliff on SE flank above cove south of LZ. Thick lava flows form the lower cliff band. Here white indurated pdc deposit with bomb sized fragments extends to lower lava flow bands. Generally lithic poor ~1% with localized several meter bands with ~40% lithics. Sub angular and poorly sorted. Lithic poor zone Max pumice 14 13, 11, 10, 8 cm. Rare lithics up to 7, 6, 6, 7, 8 cm. Lithic rich zone made of older lava blocks, sizes to 20, 28, 19, 35, 38, 75x38 cm. Pumice is 6.5, 6, 4, 6, 4 cm. Fairly sharp boundary between two types wih differential erosion.
