| Text Description: | Sample in thin section is 20% plagioclase, to 3 mm; 8-10% subequal amounts of clinopyroxene and orthopyroxene, to 1.5 mm; 2-3% oxides to 0.5 mm; no olivine; trace of oxidized hornblende; sieved plagioclase present in a few grains; oxide-pyroxene-plagioclase aggregates present. |
