Text Description:	Plates from a highly bleached outcrop of Dome C at Site 7. Fine-grained, holocrystalline, porphyritic with a matrix of cryptocrystalline material, plagioclase, opaque and alteration. Plagioclase phenocrysts (An39 - An49) are up to 2.0 mm and zoned. Opaque phenocrysts are up to 0.6 mm. An altered phase is present.
