Text Description: Agglutinated material that forms walls and spatter ramparts. Fine grained, holocrystalline, seriate to glomeroporphyritic with a matrix of mesostasis, alteration, opaque and plagioclase. Plagioclase phenocrysts (An39 - An60) are up to 1.5 mm; both normal and oscillatory zoning is present; grains occasionally have sieve textured zones. Orthopyroxene phenocrysts are up to 1.0 mm and occasionally have sieve textured zones and/or opaque inclusions. Clinopyroxene phenocrysts are up to 1.32 mm. An altered phase, probably olivine, is present.
