Text Description: Downdropped block from surrounding cliffs. Fine grained, holocrystalline, seriate porphyritic with a matrix of mesostasis, opaque, plagioclase, alteration and orthopyroxene?. Plagioclase phenocrysts (An46 - An60) are up to 4.25 mm and occasionally have sieve textured zones, alteration, resorbed edges and/or oscillatory zoning. Orthopyroxene? phenocrysts, up to 1.3 mm, are now altered with only a few cores preserved. Clinopyroxene phenocrysts are up to 1.0 mm. Opaque phenocrysts are up to 0.45 mm.
