Text Description: Approximately 15' thick flow on east side of Jaeger Mesa. Fine grained, vesicular, hypocrystalline, intergranular, seriate porphyritic with a matrix of brown glass, opaque, plagioclase, orthopyroxene, clinopyroxene and mesostasis. Plagioclase phenocrysts (An39-An59) are up to 1.0 mm laths and occasionally have oscillatory zoning. Olivine phenocrysts are up to 0.65 mm and occasionally have plagioclase inclusions. Clinopyroxene? phenocrysts are up to 0.4 mm.
