Text Description: Remnant of a spatter cone on the east side of Jaeger Mesa. Sample is a bomb out of the agglutinate. Fine grained, vesicular, holocrystalline, porphyritic with a matrix of mesostasis and plagioclase. Sample is oxidized. Plagioclase phenocrysts (An40-An58) are up to 0.9 mm laths. Olivine phenocrysts are up to 0.55 mm and occasionally have a little iddingsite alteration.
