Text Description: Stratified section includes: (a) 5-7 m of massive blue-grey mud with scattered pumice, mud extends below creek level; (b) 60 cm of crystal-rich sand, stained orange-brown, with abundant tiny lithics and sparse pumice granules; © 1.5 m of stratified-lenticular pumice-rich layers; (d) 1.5 m light grey pumice-bearing debris flow at top (~5% pumice clasts, ~50% lithic clasts in massive to vaguely layered silt to coarse sand matrix. No primary ignimbrite seen. Exposed thickness ~10 m. See text for MP and ML. Pumice clasts: (a) pumice in mud is white dacite pumice. Lithic clasts: Lithics in debris flow include abundant Jn (2:1 Jn to lavas), including river cobbles.
