Text Description: | somewhat stratified hyperconcentrated sand flow deposit defined by alternating coarser and finer grain size (massive vs stratified horizons). 2.5-3-m deposit is overlain by 2 m of cobbley alluvium. base not exposed (scree covered). There are 4 flow units, each 0.2-1 m thick, with plenty of pumice granules; no primary ig seen here. Exposed thickness 4-5 m (base not exposed). Scattered lithics to 3-4 cm |
