Text Description: | Kaguyak Ignimbrite. Mostly homogeneous, dark purple-brown ignimbrite (pale grey when dry) with two PCZ's about midway in section; overlain by orange-brown Fe-indurated sediments. Exposed thickness 8-10 m. 2 PCZs: 1.5; 0.5 m. See text for MP and ML. Pumice clasts: banded pumice present. |
