| Text Description: | Kaguyak Ignimbrite. thin remnant of grey ignimbrite at Y-82 location, unstratified, rich in small pumice lapilli; overlain by up to 50 cm orange hydrothermally altered non-pumiceous deposit, capped by 3 cm of light grey layer of 1912 Novarupta vitric silt. Exposed thickness 30-50 cm. No PCZ or LCZ. See text for MP. |
