Text Description: Rounded basaltic andesite magmatic inclusion in 91CND35. Highly crystalline fine-grained basaltic andesite magmatic inclusion. There are sparse microphenocrysts of plagioclase and pyroxene, but sample texture is dominated by an interconnected network of 50 x 500 micron plagioclase microlites, 100 micron diameter clino- and orthopyroxene crystals, and smaller Fe-Ti oxides. About 20% of the sample is intergranular space, the majority of which is void, and the rest of which contains clear glass.
