Text Description: From a 150 cm coal bed above the Woodman bed. The 10-cm medium- to coarse-grained, brown-orange layer is situated in the middle of the seam. About 30-40% of mostly altered glass, 20-25% plagioclase, 3-4% hornblende, and 2-3% opaques. Trace volcanic rock fragments, quartz, and zircon. The hornblende is euhedral or stubby. Sample is probably from above the Woodman bed, and positively above sample GRAV.
