| Text Description: | This is an aphyric lava - very hard. Somewhat sugary, but hot as much as the stuff by Tulik. Taking a small panorama from this sample location; 40-36 on frames. Some of the older pf/subglacial lava units (possibly). These are higher relative to both Okmok I and Okmok II, which seem to spill out over the bench area. |
