Text Description:	Occurs 25 cm below the lowermost peat, as 1-cm-thick gray pods within a 20-cm-thick gleyed zone of massive silt (EC tephra description). Occurs 10 cm above the EC tephra, as 1-2 ash beds that are several cm thick and mauve in color (PAU tephra description).
