Text Description: 4 cm thick. Small pods of tephra within dark brown, organic-rich silt with many cobbles and some peaty patches. These flood-plain deposits fill depressions on the surface of underlying gravel (unit 5 of Elias et al., 1999) and are overlain by glaciolacustrine stony mud (unit 6 of Elias et al., 1999).
