Text Description: Maximum thickness of 2 cm. Tephra has been preserved in an ice-wedge cast (from Sandhu et al. 2001). Sample is from top of White Channel gravels (from Preece et al. 2000). From Preece et al. (2011): pumice with trace amount of blocky grains. Sample taken by M. Milner, 1988.
