Text Description: From Dochat (1997): An 18.9 m thick unit of diamicton crops out at the base of the section. Primarily angular boulders and subrounded cobbles occur in a sandy matrix. Lithologies are primarily rhyolite and basalt. A 12 cm thick horizon of sand caps the diamicton. A 4 cm thick layer of pumice in a silty matrix overlies the sand. Boulders in a sandy matrix crops out at the top of the bluff (9 cm) and may represent a possible slump deposit. Sample possibly correlates to pumice unit, but unclear because no sample descriptions are provided.
