Description: Becker reported smoke from Shishaldin between 1880-1881. However, Sapper (1917) points out that this notation of Becker's is identical to his remarks for Makushin, raising the possibility that this report is erroneous. Many subsequent compilers list smoke from Shishaldin during 1880-1881.
