Aerial view of the lower Drift River and the Drift River Oil Terminal. Before the 2009 eruption, the Drift River occupied the channel to the left (north) of the terminal. The main river channel now occupies what was previously called Rust Slough. April 4th lahar deposits (lighter color) overlie older darker lahar deposits from earlier event(s) in March. ***AVO research technician Max Kaufman took these images during 3 days of campaign GPS work on and around Redoubt volcano: June 6,8,10 2009.
