Description: On June 18, 2020, AVO raised the Aviation Color Code and Volcano Alert Level at Veniaminof to YELLOW/ADVISORY, citing periods of seismic tremor and occasional earthquakes at Veniaminof over the previous several days, representing a departure from background activity.

On August 20, 2020, citing declining seismict tremor, and no indications of surface change including increased temperatures or gas emissions, AVO lowered the Aviation Color Code and Volcano Alert Level for Veniaminof to GREEN/NORMAL.
