sample from lava flow mid-way down slope. Appears to be toe of flow across the creek to the west that has butted up against this ravine. Lava has dark gray sugary gms with long, slender plag laths to 2mm, cpx > opx. Opx to 1mm, cpx small 0.5mm?

Walked down to here from top of ridge through ~3m of moraine on top of 2 - 3 m of block and ash flow with banded andesite blocks, correlative to the unit we sampled across the ravine to the west.
