Text Description: Cinders on top (scoria) suggest this is part of a cinder cone. Very small remnant of likely hydrothermal breccia. Ringing the top of the hill is a band of pumice ~50 cm thick. No glass in deposit (probably doesn't correlate to pumice in FC-107) Coarse, tan pumice, xtal poor. Some clasts are banded (mafic juvenile material) References: ![]() |
