upper bulk sample of 29 cm subunit (A) of a prominent 59 cm pumice fall. Unit A is sets of normally-graded intermixed tan and black pumice (tan are larger than black - tan max is 2 cm black max in 7–8 mm)- graded beds range in grainsize from med-coarse ash to 2 cmm lapilli pumices. The base of Unit A are ash cloated lapilli with rare matrix fines
