Text Description:
black dense juvenile material from lower half of 48 cm tan and black pumice fall with some lithics, fine black base (dramatic contrast) but gradational grain size. Tan upper unit is 25 cm thick and max pumice is 9 cm, most are 3–5 cm (sample 04-KWV-005b) with mixed in dense black scoria (sample 04-KWV-005a); black is 23 cm thick with angular black pumices (2 x 1.5 x 1.5 cm).
