263: Major-, minor-, and trace-element analyses of 53 samples from Redoubt Volcano, normalized to 100% volatile-free

* Column headed "tot w. vol" is the total of the original analysis including volatile elements. FeO* calculated as FeO + 0.9(Fe2O3). All samples were analyzed by U.S. Geological Survey analytical laboratories. Sample numbers wit the prefix 80ATi- analyzed by the “single solution” method (Shapiro, 1975) by J. Gillison and D. Kobilis. Sample numbers with prefix 81ATi- were analyzed by XRF (SiO2, Al2O3, MgO, CaO, TiO2, P2O5, and MnO), flame photometry (Na2O and K2O) and other standard methods (FeO, H2O+, H2O-, and CO2; see Baedeker, 1987). Minor elements were analyzed by high-precision XRF methods. Analysts for these methods were D. Burgi, R., Johnson, B. McCall, H.J. Rose, G. Sellers, and D. Vivit. *
