CLEVELAND VOLCANO (VNUM #311240)
52°49'20" N 169°56'42" W, Summit Elevation 5676 ft (1730 m)
Current Volcano Alert Level: WATCH
Current Aviation Color Code: ORANGE

A small explosion was detected at Cleveland Volcano in seismic and infrasound data yesterday evening (12/17) at 6:17 PM AKST (03:17 UTC on 12/18). Conditions were cloudy at the time and no eruption cloud was observed in satellite images.

GREAT SITKIN VOLCANO (VNUM #311120)
52°4'35" N 176°6'39" W, Summit Elevation 5709 ft (1740 m)
Current Volcano Alert Level: ADVISORY
Current Aviation Color Code: YELLOW

Low-level unrest continues at Great Sitkin volcano. No activity was observed in cloudy satellite views of Great Sitkin over the past 24 hours. Nothing of note was observed in seismic data over the past day.

SHISHALDIN VOLCANO (VNUM #311360)
54°45'19" N 163°58'16" W, Summit Elevation 9373 ft (2857 m)
Current Volcano Alert Level: ADVISORY
Current Aviation Color Code: YELLOW

Unrest continues at Shishaldin Volcano. Activity observed on seismic and infrasound instruments remains elevated. No activity was observed in cloudy satellite images acquired over the past 24 hours. Ice is still covering the web camera enclosure window and obscuring the view of Shishaldin.
