Low-level unrest continues to be detected at Pavlof Volcano. The level of seismic activity remains low but above background levels. No activity was observed in cloudy satellite or web camera data over the past day.

Although activity is currently at low levels, the degree of unrest can change quickly and it remains possible for ash and steam emissions to recommence with little or no warning. AVO is closely monitoring the volcano.

CLEVELAND VOLCANO (VNUM #311240)
52°49'20" N 169°56'42" W, Summit Elevation 5676 ft (1730 m)

Current Aviation Color Code: YELLOW

Nothing observed in cloudy satellite images over the past day. A low-level steam plume was observed in several clear web camera images. No significant activity observed in seismic or infrasound (pressure sensor) data over the past day.
