Seismic tremor continues at levels above background for Shishaldin. No activity was detected in clear satellite images during the past day. Webcam views from yesterday afternoon show a modest steam plume.

Satellite views have been cloudy for the past 24 hours. Several small earthquakes were detected by the one seismometer near the volcano over the past day.
