Low-level eruptive activity continues at Shishaldin. Strongly elevated surface temperatures were detected in satellite data from this morning. Tremor as well as sound waves coupling into the ground (ground-coupled air waves) from small explosions are occasionally detected in seismic data.

Current Volcano Alert Level: ADVISORY
Current Aviation Color Code: YELLOW

Elevated surface temperatures were detected in satellite data. Cleveland is obscured by clouds in web camera views. Seismicity remains at low levels.
