Elevated surface temperatures were observed at the summit crater in a few partly cloudy satellite images of Shishaldin in the past 24 hours. The Webcam was mostly obscured by weather and moisture on the lens, though a brief clearing showed a steam plume issuing from the summit. No change in activity has been detected in the seismic data.
