The eruption of Veniaminof continues. Seismic tremor continues to be observed though no unusual activity was observed in cloudy satellite images. The FAA webcam in Perryville is obscured by heavy fog. The effusion and fountaining of lava from the active vent are likely ongoing.

Current Volcano Alert Level: ADVISORY
Current Aviation Color Code: YELLOW

No unusual activity has been observed in satellite data since Saturday September 7, 2013. AVO has received no other reports of activity at the volcano.
