Seismicity associated with the ongoing eruption of Veniaminof Volcano remains unchanged over the past 24 hours. Low-level episodic tremor has been occurring and small ash bursts are probably being produced during these short periods of elevated tremor. A few satellite images of the volcano over the past 24 hours have shown weak thermal signals at the intracaldera cone. Web camera views from Perryville have been obscured by clouds and fog over the past 24 hours. AVO has received no reports of activity from local observers or passing pilots over the past 24 hours.
